now thats robby’s been gone for a few weeks, i’ve had enough time to gauge the differences with and without the boy next door. I can’t say much since I’ve seen him a lot less since I moved to LA so theres not much of a difference. But when I am home, there a definitely a few ups and downs to his absence.

i miss robby when:

im too lazy to make breakfast for myself

i see that american flag flapping outside on my yard

i make a smoothie and realize i made enough for two

i’m imagining double dates in my head but then realize its either john or trinh as my sidekick options

i walk into gap

i see people practicing golf on the field on my way to school

i see morongo billboards

everytime i dont see his car under the tree

i look out my window at night but his light is off

i eat rite aid icecream

i want someone to bother

I know I know, its been forever and tram nagged me saying I THOUGHT YOU SAID YOU WERE GONNA START UP WHEN ROBBY LEAVES! WELL HE’S GONE!!! ok ok im writing! anywho, i really dont have much interesting stuff to write about since its just school and reading and essays everyday. but today I came across something so interesting!!

So basically, we all know snsd came out with twinkle mv. and when they were promoting the boys, another kpop group, secret, actually declared competition against snsd and both groups released their mv the same day, or within days of eachother. and it turns out they had the same mv director, which is such a shame cause secret’s mv was a failure D: poor girls. this time around, i dont know if its intentional cause this is a japanese mv but secret’s song is twinkle twinkle, but you dont care and i probably wouldnt write about this to lecture you on kpop. BUT!! check out what the music video is actually for!!! I DIDNT EVEN KNOW SUCH A THING EXISTED!! OH ROBBY! WHERE ART THOU?!

I’ve blocked friends from my tumblr not because we’re not friends and not cause I don’t want you reading, but because I liked my tumblr more when ppl actually have to type me in to search me. And because I really don’t think daniel really cares about what i’ve been up to lately. sorry daniel. but once i turn 21, i’d love to play bp with you. but i probably still wouldnt drink though. :D much love guys.

you dont just work when youre at UCLA

you fucking labor

like a black slave in south carolina who got caught eating his master’s jam.

starts off with thursday, my last day at work till october. Turns out kayla is done with her dental assistant class so she’s quitting at the end of the month. she’ll be gone by the time i get back and it made me kinda sad. besides her being my rival in love, which she isnt anymore cause you know, she’s actually really cool. of course i wouldnt have admitted that a few months ago but i can definitely see why he liked her. and she’s the only rival i’ve gone out to dinner with, TWICE!! CRAZY!!!! anywho, we worked together on thursday and that would be the last shift i ever work with her, we even hugged and everything when she went home. i wish kayla the best in her future and maybe i’ll see her when i turn 21, she said she would “show me the ropes”. oh lord.

friday was crazy. we finally settled all the money issue for the apartment. my dad only took a half shift at work so we could start buying stuff and moving stuff up to la. bought a mattress at costco, its the way to go. got the keys and started settling in. there’s a number of glitches in the apartment that we’ll have to take up with management but we can deal with that later. the place is nice enough, surely not as good as the first one we found but that’ll do donkey, that’ll do. on the way home the charity priest called us as said he had an emergency. we had to pack more dvds for him. coincidentally, trinh calls and says that she’s coming over with hogan. of course i dont protest so the two got stuck packaging dvds for 2 hours. thanks guys, and God bless. :D

saturday was super fun. it started off great cause kim wasnt late! YESSSS. good job kim. all girls, trinh, tram, shelly and kim and monique and me in a van. we played taboo the whole way there. tram was tired but she was a good sport :D. when we got there it was super freaking hot. should’ve picked hurricane harbor instead but the weather was so bad in GG, we didnt expect it to be so hot. i think the walk to the tram was the worst, with the sun beating down on us. the first ride we went on was colossus and it was painful like ghost rider. then we went on scream which was my favorite and i actually wanted to ride it again, it wasnt painful or bad at all and i didnt feel a thing. then we waited nearly 2 hours for batman which was like whatever. then to the picnic! first thing we did was hog 3 full benches for ourselves. the girls went to get food while i man the tables. while waiting for them i decided to have my arms painted, you just cant have your face painted when you have acne so your arms with have to do, and it looks just as cool. we ate and waited forever for caricatures. the guy was from dreamworks and he told us he did the prince of egypt, the little mermaid and shrek, etc. which makes no sense cause the little mermaid is disney but i just assumed he got transferred or something cause i didnt want to ask him. in the end trinh and kims is ok, mine and monique’s is good ( he drew the spitting image of me) and shelly and tram’s looked great. then we played bingo and even with all of us cheating and playing on 2 cards each, we didnt win anything ;(. the MC is super hilarious. he was calling B-1 in spanish so he said Beh- uno. and then he called B-11 and he said Beh- uno uno. so i screamed ITS BEH- ONCE! and hes like WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT BEH-ONCE IS A SINGER, DONT TRY TO TRICK ME. then we played potato sack race, where trinh was speedy gonzalez and i was going to die. second to last, just 3 seconds ahead of the 40 yr old man. we also played water balloon but we all lost ;( then back to the part for a water ride which drenched shelly and viper which made me want to puke for the rest of the night. walked to the car and no one knew where the car was parked. stupid driver. wandered in the parking lot for probably more than 30 mins. girl talk on the ride back home and i was so close to throwing up. we had to stop to buy me soda, i seriously thought i was gonna do some damage :{ all in all, super fun day. i hope you girls had a super duper fantastic time and its a shame robby couldnt make it but maybe next year!

sunday- went to church, what i got from it was “LIFE IS NOT FAIR, GOD IS NOT FAIR, BUT HE IS GENEROUS” i have no idea. at all. nada. nil. went to target to buy storage stuff and packed. dad drove to la again to drop off more stuff and kim was there putting her bed together. went home and had dinner with the fam. while i was finishing dinner, ellen calls and tells me she’s gonna pick me up for shaved ice. hogan, ellen and i head out and we run into daniel. small talk, blah blah. back home, ellen is determined to go somewhere for winter break. we got the farthest with new york, we can stay at a best western for super cheap and i even called to get rates and everything. just gotta convince my parents to let me go or else we would only be able to go as far as san fran :(((

monday- more target, 99 cent store and bargain stores for small stuff. went to the mall with kim, WHERE I GOT MY MOO MOO DRESS! YES! I HAVE BEEN SEARCHING FOR ONE FOREVER AND I FINALLY FOUND ONE AT GAP. OF COURSE, THAT STORE IS HEAVENLY. in case youre confused, a moo moo dress is what you would call a maxi dress according to kim and trinh, and the magazines, i’ve seen it been written as maxi dress. but i swear i’ve known it to be called a moo moo dress since the dawn of time so idk bro. i dont just make these things off the top of my head, for the most part, its gotta come from somewhere. also got a haircut in the mall. it was advertised at 12 bucks, but she was gonna dry cut it while spraying water on my hair so im like UHHHH ARENT YOU GONNA SHAMPOO? and shes all THATS 3 MORE DOLLARS. and im like -___-” FINE. she asks me how much off and i say one inch. she says are you sure? how about 1 and a half? and i say no, one is fine. so of course she chops 5 inches off and now im back to mid length hair. what did i expect, exactly that, so the mental damage isnt that bad. even robby said i was freaking out like 10 times worst with my last hair cut. its not that this hair cut is not bad, its just i’ve  accepted i’ll never have a good hair cut in my life. also got new kicks from vans, only 20 bucks! WATTA DEAL! and theyre super chic 8) back home with kim, trinh and allen comes over, we play taboo. went through the whole stack, on one side. dinner with the fam, robby came over with icecream to say bye, i wasnt feeling sad till i waved bye to him from the door =’( for it being our “last night as neighbors” we shouldve done something bigger, but its ok, i’ll see you in a few days. never say goodbye.

tomorrow. pack more, clean, move up with kim. mom is getting more desperate and miserable by the minute, i cant bare to look at her cause i know she’ll crack faster than a steam pipe. hopefully my dad will make in home in time to see me off or i’ll be super sad, but if the whole family sees me off they’ll start crying and i dont want that either. =(((( sad sad sad. oh life, you’re moving to fast, can’t you slow down so i can take a picture at least?

Happy Birthday. In case you didn’t know, this is the 10th birthday we’ve spent together and no doubt there will be dozens more so I’m not really worried about pouring my heart out. But since I won’t be around much anymore, I’ll say a few things. Thank you for everything so far and thank you for everything you’ll do in the future. I’m sure I have the best neighbor in the world but then again so do you :). Don’t miss me too much when I’m not home and be sure to play with the kids and visit my parents often so they don’t get too lonely. Happy 20th, I can’t wait till we turn 21. OH CCCHHHHEEAAHHHHHH 8D
